Hi – Tamara here. I happily just got a chance to catch up on refreshing my galleries with some of my most recent photography work of the last few months. I am loving seeing all the new photographs up there – it can be rather challenging to keep up with showing your most current work, regardless of what you do. In fact, my daughter just reminded me to update our art wall at home with the newer projects they’ve done. So … that’s next.
Tamara talks with beauty and fashion photographer, Matthew Jordan Smith, about shooting what you love, how to get out and make business happen, and his favorite photography “toys.”

Tamara Lackey catches up with Kevin Kubota at the Mirage in Las Vegas. Kevin shows of some of his new work and shares some great advice for anyone starting out in the business, including some easy-to-make mistakes to avoid.

A big thank you to Rangefinder Magazine and thoughtful writer Amanda Quintenz-Fiedler for a wonderful feature in this month’s magazine!
I also did a follow up interview with Rangefinder Radio, which went into a bit more detail about children’s photography – if interested, you can check out the podcast here.
