It’s always so much fun to hang out with the Riepl family – they are quite an ultra-cool people, funny, well-dressed, fitting so well together, and bringing just the right amount of attitude – and, then, going ahead and being so great-looking and all.

This time around, they offered me an awesome set to use for the shoot (I believe they called it “their house”).

The kids have certainly grown since our last session, but so many little mannerisms and expressions remain exactly as I remember them. By the 2nd, 3rd, 15th shoot with a family, you get to collect layers and layers of memories, and they they tend to all mix up together in such a lovely way. And that is probably one of the best perks of this job: to watch all these people who you fall in love with grow and change and yet stay so much the same…
