This week I will be speaking at PDN’s Photo Plus Expo at Javits Convention Center in New York City. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking at this particular convention a few times now, and it’s a rather massive one. Anywhere from 24,000 – 40,000 photographers will attend over the course of a few days, and Javits is really a cavernous venue, so it makes for a pretty gigormous show. Here is my schedule of programs: Wednesday, October 23rd at 2:15 pm With very large, monster big, quite happy thanks to my fantastic sponsors, Nations Photo Lab and Adorama, I’ll be speaking at WPPI University, or WPPI U, alongside a number of other fantastic speakers, all listed here. In addition, the wonderful Nations Photo Lab is also offering all brand new customers a $50 CREDIT towards anything through November 1st, 2013. Just use the code “TLFALL” at checkout – and enjoy their gorgeous printing! For those customers who already use Nations Photo Lab, there is a bonus for you, too. Use the code “TLPRINTLUV” to enjoy 40% OFF any of their prints, even in addition to any sales they are running, and feel free to use the code multiple times until November 1st, 2013, when that code will expire, as well. If you haven’t checked out Adorama TV yet, what are you waiting for? Some seriously incredible free content there from Joe McNally, Mark Wallace, Richard Harrington, Bryan Peterson and Gavin Hoey, and that’s even outside of (ahem) my own content, The reDefine Show! ___________ On Thursday, October 24th at 3:30 pm Friday, October 25th at 11:00 am and Saturday, October 26th at 10:15am I am truly honored to be speaking at the Nikon Theater, on the main Photo Plus Expo floor, a few separate times. These other wow-world-class photographers will be speaking there, as well, on quite a variety of topics: Thursday, October 24th at 1:00 pm In addition, I will be speaking for my favorite gear haven, Adorama, who will be hosting several fantastic speakers and creative shooters over the course of a couple days: Along the way, there will be many meetings, dinners, and a chance to meet many of the people I regularly speak with on social media – so many platforms between facebook, twitter, instagram or google plus … so many platforms, sooo many conversations. It’s always a bit bizarre to watch those little square avatars come to life and become actual walking, talking, living, breathing humans. And it’s pretty heartening, too. Hope to meet and or see you again there!!
