Like many people in America (heck, i can say with some current authority – like many people around the world!), I have been anxiously awaiting this day. Election Day!! I am so excited for the results of today’s voting! I was thrilled to be able to cast my early vote before leaving the country and am spending a great deal of today glued to CNN, albeit while multi-tasking as best I can. Thank goodness for international coverage 🙂 🙂 I hope everyone makes it a huge priority to go out and vote today, if they haven’t already. I’ve been told time and again that it’s just rude for me to talk about who I voted for – (I even wrote an entire article about it). So I will just post a couple of my favorite portraits that I’ve taken in the last few months. One is a Portrait of a Candidate. The other? A Portrait of Two Brilliant Women… The Candidate’s Wife and a great supporter, a Poet Laureate, Dr. Maya Angelou. So just a couple of portraits….and I’ll leave it at that. (Except, a reminder…more like a plea: Please Vote.)
